Guys, I got this from a fantastic teacher here in Brazil. It is a daily one hour training schedule to improve our dance technicque. It's totally worth it.

Just build an one hour playlist of your favorite songs and go fot it!

Movements include takseems, locks, pops, bodywaves, shimmies, arm undulations.... make them as perfect as you can and they will improve little by little.
